We designed a Unified Order Management Solution based on Siebel, a Simplified Product Configuration, and Siebel Sales.
The new platform delivered a simplified product and pricing solution, a streamlined system for the approval and validation of quotes and orders, and a multi-lingual, multi-currency deployment.
The solution for our client resulted in three large, complex sales platforms consolidated to a single, global solution with consistent pricing execution.
Through modular definition and reuse, we reduced their product records and rule sets and reduced scripting by more than ten-fold, increasing business agility. Finally, we greatly improved user adoption and user satisfaction with this new solution.
