THE CHALLENGE


This European Telco came to us for help in integrating its systems for processing product data. The company had over ten different systems processing product data differently, with each system representing a product or group of products in its own way.

We worked to design a solution that would integrate these systems and consolidate product data seamlessly among them as well as to reduce time-to-market for new products and services.

OUR SOLUTION


We designed an Integration and Transformation architecture that included a re-architected solution to upgrade its systems to the level of industry best practices.

The new platform involved declarative transformation processes, a high performance approach, and a hub and spoke solution.

THE RESULTS


The results of this partnership included a solution that was able to deliver bundled offerings to the marketplace, define and deploy new products efficiently, improve business agility, and replace multiple hard-to-maintain, point-to-point integrations.
