Harish has successfully engaged with customers as a Technology Advisor and Architect to enable their vision and strategy for digital transformation. He has played a very critical role in several CPQ implementations with high-profile customers in the media and communications industries.

He is a CRM platform Architect with all-round expertise in CRM cloud and on-premise applications, and full-stack Java development. His CRM applications’ expertise includes Siebel, Salesforce, Vlocity, and multiple CPQ apps such as Vlocity, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Apttus, and Model N. He has been instrumental in architecting the solutions for multiple CRMantra applications that have helped customers in achieving significant ROI.

In his current role, Harish is responsible for devising corporate strategy and developing delivery centers across the globe, building and mentoring teams at delivery centers. He was instrumental in setting up CRMantra’s India Delivery Center and has been managing the entire operation since its inception.

Before joining CRMantra, Harish led several CRM implementations and business process transformations in Banking, Telecom and Service industries. He was recognized by Accenture for his contributions by showcasing him in CRM events, portal and CRM wall of recognition.

Harish has an MBA in Information Systems from Griffith University, and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Kerala University.

Harish is passionate about music, mentoring and training young minds. As a Life coach, he has transformed several individuals for the last 15 years. Being a certified psychology counsellor, he offers free counselling service to the public in his free time.

Amit has led CRMantra since its founding. He has been instrumental in over 100 successful digital transformation initiatives specializing in omni-channel Sales, Service, and CPQ for customers in Telecommunications, Media, Utilities, Medical devices, and Hospitality industries. These digital transformations have yielded significant increases in sales productivity, price and margin improvements, and cost savings due to streamlined end-to-end service delivery.

Prior to founding CRMantra, as a Product Manager, Amit led the CPQ app at Siebel (now part of Oracle). He helped re-architect the CPQ apps to improve performance and usability. The re-architected app was the key reason in several competitive multi-million-dollar licensing wins for Siebel.

Previously, Amit has worked as VP and Chief Scientist at Evant (now part of Manhattan Associates: MANH) where his team pioneered the use of AI-based approaches for very large-scale inventory and replenishment optimization for retailers and distributors. He also worked as Research Staff at IBM’s TJ Watson Research Center where he filed several patents on pricing algorithms for retailers, creation of efficient auction mechanisms for trading telecommunication bandwidth, market for trading semiconductor manufacturing capacity, and markets for trading cargo capacity.

Amit has a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, an MS in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo, NY, and a BTech (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
An avid runner, Amit has run almost 250 half-marathons. In his free time, when he is not traveling, working nor running, Amit likes to listen to different types of music.
