Amit Garg
Founder & Chief Executive OfficerAmit has over 15 years of experience delivering successful solutions in all disciplines of order management. He has in-depth knowledge of best practices in order capture, pricing and contracts, and analytics applications across high-technology, manufacturing, telecommunications, and media industries.
Prior to founding CRMantra, Amit led the re-architecture of the Siebel Customer Order and Siebel Pricing Management application in Release 7.8 at Siebel. His leadership has been instrumental in several deployments, including Deutsche Telekom AG, Schlumberger, Hyperion, GE, Intuit and Yahoo!
Prior to Siebel, Amit led product development of order management and analytics applications at Verticalnet and at Rapt (acquired by Microsoft), where he was responsible for bringing their price optimization applications to market. His experience in supply chain management includes Evant (acquired by Manhattan Associates, MANH), where he was chief scientist and vice president.
Amit has conducted pioneering research in supply chain management, pricing, and auctions at the IBM T.J. Watson Research Center, Yorktown Heights, New York. His research resulted in seven patents and several peer-reviewed research papers.
Amit holds a B. Tech (Hons) in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India’s premier technology institute, and a Ph.D. in industrial engineering from Stanford University.
Tom Hardy
Chief Operations OfficerTom brings more than 12 years of enterprise application experience in the technology industry. Prior to CRMantra, Tom spent seven years at Siebel where he joined as a founding member of the Siebel Communications, Media and Energy (CME) Products Team. During his tenure, he played many roles ranging from defining and launching Web and partner applications, to developing best practice industry solutions. His technical expertise spans the full Siebel product suite, ranging from Pricing and Order Management to Billing and Collections to Self Service and Partner applications. Tom’s most recent assignment as director, CME Products, involved defining overall product strategy and leading the CME industry product management and marketing teams to exceed their revenue goals.
Tom holds a B.S. (cum laude) in mechanical engineering from Princeton University, an M.S. in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and an M.B.A. in marketing from the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley.
David Moorman
VP EMEADavid is based in the UK and heads CRMantra’s organization in Europe, Middle East and Africa. He is responsible for expanding our practice in EMEA, by developing new business liaising with our partners and providing support for our existing clients
Before joining CRMantra David worked for Siebel/Oracle for 10 years, in a number of Product Management and Sales Consulting roles. He was the Product Lead for Siebel Order Management in EMEA for over 5 years, providing sales support and training to the Field sales teams as well as giving valuable feedback from the field for future product development. David was also key to the design, development and marketing of the Siebel / SAP connector.
David has worked in the Order Management field since 1991 and has acquired a deep understanding of the customers’ needs, based on his experience at Siebel/Oracle, 5 years as an SAP Sales and Distribution consultant and 4 years as a developer for a UK retailer and wholesaler. David started his career by gaining a scholarship from Siemens Nixdorf to study degree level Computer Science as part of their Software Engineer training program.
Barry Kumarappan
VP EMEABarry is based in The Netherlands and is responsible for successful delivery of CRMantra projects. Before joining CRMantra, Barry worked for Siebel/Oracle for over 10 years as project lead and technical account manager (EMEA). In this role, Barry has successfully delivered projects and identified, and resolved many complex customer satisfaction issues.
Barry holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Erasmus University (Netherlands) and he holds Bachelor of Science Degree (Hons) Computer and Communication Systems University of Greenwich (London)
